Wendie, one thing I can tell you is that you have to be "Mentally" ready as well to go Natural because you do not have anything to hide behind if you do the B.C. (Big Chop= Cutting All of your hair off). You get a chance to see YOUR Unique Beauty and dispel the "Myth" that "Long Straight Hair" is the only definition of Beauty. I swear since I went Natural I am more Confident, Bold, Sexy, and Liberated. I have been "Hit" on more since I have been Natural than I did when I had those $300 & $400 weaves... :) I guess when I had the weaves ?I looked just like everyone else, but as a Natural "I Stand Out." ;)
The natural ARE coming back hunny...and these are some nice looks. I've actually been thinking of going natural myself.
